How to use the Pain Relief Tool
Wear the backpack with the Tool inside for easier application. Incrementally move the backpack up or down the spine by pulling the drawstrings forward, up, or down to allow application for the full spine. You can also lay face down with the backpack under to target acupressure points, the iliopsoas muscle, or use it for facial (sinus) application.
The plunger is spring-loaded and may make a clicking sound when compressed. This is normal.
